Assistant Manager – Juno (Full-Time)

 

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week (rota-based, including evenings & weekends)

Benefits: Tronc / service charge · Staff meals on shift


A hands-on leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who leads from the front and thrives in busy, high-standard environments.


You’ll support the day-to-day running of Juno, working closely with senior management to maintain excellent service, strong team culture, and smooth operations.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading busy services and acting as duty manager
  • Maintaining exceptional standards across service, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Supporting and developing the team through training and clear leadership
  • Managing rotas, wages, stock, and supplier orders
  • Supporting admin systems, tills, and operational reporting

About you:

  • 5+ years’ hospitality experience
  • Strong people management or supervisory background
  • Calm, organised, commercially aware, and confident under pressure
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends

Head Chef – New Kitchen Concept (Full-Time)

Salary: £33,000 + performance-based bonus

Hours: Approx. 45 hours per week

Start: Within 2–4 weeks

We’re launching a brand-new kitchen concept with a distinct identity. A fully renovated, design-led space with full table service and a produce-led, elevated menu. Think quality brunch, lunch, and fine–casual evening dining, delivered with warmth, energy, and purpose.


We’re now looking for a passionate Head Chef to help shape and lead this next chapter.


The role:

You’ll take ownership of the kitchen, from menu development and costings to systems, suppliers, and team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with real creative input and commercial responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Menu development, testing, and accurate costings
  • Seasonal sourcing and supplier relationships
  • GP%, stock control, ordering, and waste management
  • Food safety, allergens, and SFBB compliance
  • Recruiting, training, and leading a happy, accountable kitchen team
  • Collaborating closely with ownership on concept development
  • Leading high-quality services and working seamlessly with FOH

We’re looking for:

  • Head Chef experience (or a strong Sous ready to step up)
  • A quality-led, commercially minded approach
  • Calm, proactive leadership with high standards
  • A passion for great produce and great guest experiences

The package:
