3. Product Information
We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and photographs are accurate.
However, as many of our items are handmade or made from natural materials, slight variations may occur.
Colours may appear differently on screen.
If an error in price or description is found before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order.
4. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase goods subject to these terms.
A contract is formed once:

Payment is received in full, and

You receive an order confirmation email.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna instalments.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only.
Once your parcel leaves us, delays beyond our control (e.g. courier issues, weather) do not constitute a breach of contract.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, email support@acornandpip.com and we’ll help track it.
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received. Risk passes upon delivery.
6. In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in person at Acorn & Pip are also subject to these Terms.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for returns, exchanges, or warranty purposes.
In-store purchases are not eligible for a “cooling-off” cancellation period, but we offer a 14-day exchange or store credit as a goodwill policy.
Faulty goods are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Key points:

Online orders: 14-day cancellation period + 14 days to return.

Refunds cover the product price and standard delivery cost.

In-store purchases: exchange or store credit within 14 days (goodwill).

Faulty goods: repair, replacement, or refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Sale items bought online are returnable under the same rules as full-price items.

8. Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Try-Before-You-Buy
Some items may be sold as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases.

9. Gift Cards
Acorn & Pip gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards can be used online or in-store.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated, these cannot be combined with other offers and are valid only for the period specified.
11. Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Contact support@acornandpip.com with photos and proof of purchase so we can resolve the issue quickly.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

Any other matter that cannot be excluded by law
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

All content on our website — including text, images, design, and logo — is owned by Acorn & Pip or our partners.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the site without prior written permission.

15. Governing Law
